How it works
Upload your STEP file
CALC PRO shows the part in a 3D viewer, with dimensions, volume, and projected area underneath. Pick the material grade, wall thickness, and cavity count.
Calculate cycle time, machine, and packaging
Cycle time tracks injection and cooling time and monitors shear rate; machine selection checks your fleet against clamping force, shot volume, tie-bar spacing, and mounting height; packaging nests the part into your own box list.
Build the cost breakdown and download the report
Enter material price, machine rate, labor rate, setup hours, and annual volume to get the full cost per part, with up to four mold cavitations compared side by side. The Excel report bundles everything.

Data policy
Product models are confidential. CALC PRO therefore never stores the STEP file: it is only read briefly to calculate the geometry and deleted immediately afterward. The 3D view and the cost report exist only for the duration of the session and are cleared when the part is closed, when you log out, and when the browser is closed. Calculation input is never stored. Each session runs in its own isolated sandbox, inaccessible to other users.
